Pat has extensive experience in Conveyancing and joined Colemans in 1994, following a break to start a family. She resumed her studies in Conveyancing and Land Law and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 2002.

Pat is continuing additional studies over and above the annual requirements of the Institute of Legal Executives and has developed a particular interest in Planning Law, which she hopes to pursue.
